We reserve the right to postpone work due to unsafe weather or site conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss

• We are not responsible for pre-existing structural defects
   

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled works may incur a cancellation fee.
